Simple, flexible tools built for real construction workflows.

FieldWorks is built by practitioners to keep project records clear, external access simple, and teams free from heavy software rollouts.

Construction team reviewing field information on a tablet

How it works

From field input to reliable project record.

Step 1

Create an account

Start a FieldWorks account so your projects, tools, dashboards, and exports stay connected.

Step 2

Create a project

Set up the construction project record that will hold the workflows your team needs to manage.

Step 3

Add the tools you need

Choose only the tools that match the job, such as inspections, costs, deficiencies, or submittals.

Step 4

Populate tool information

Log work, costs, statuses, files, photos, dates, and responses while the work is still current.

Step 5

Export files or share dashboards

Generate records for your files or send a live dashboard link so others can review current status.

Map View

Powered by ESRI ArcGIS Mapping

Pin every item to the project map.

Every FieldWorks tool plugs into the same live project map. Pin items from any tool, share the map with stakeholders, and let the field crew add new entries straight from where they're standing.

Add items directly from the map

Drop the centre crosshair on any spot, or tap Snap to my location to use your exact GPS position. Pick a tool, log the item, and coordinates auto-fill on the new entry. Works in any mobile browser with no app install required for field crews.

Upload PDF drawings as basemaps

Drop in your site plans or floor plans, georeference them on the map, and pin items in plan coordinates. Perfect for interiors and small sites where lat/long isn't useful.

Optional ESRI ArcGIS overlays

Sign in with your ESRI ArcGIS account to display your organization's GIS layers (utilities, parcels, easements, and more) directly on the project basemap.

Shared dashboards

Send shared dashboard links instead of answering every status question.

Each FieldWorks tool includes a shared dashboard feature. Send a dashboard link to a contractor, owner, or project executive and they get an executive summary of the current tool status without needing to bother you for every small update.

Dashboards also help outside parties quality-check your reporting as the work changes. No forced sign-up, no learning curve, and no need to give everyone access to your internal account.

Executive summaries by tool

Each shared dashboard gives contractors, owners, or executives a current summary of the workflow status.

Filtered links for different people

Create multiple dashboard links per tool and filter what each link shows when responsibilities or privacy differ.

No forced sign-up

External members open a secure browser link without creating an account or learning the full app.

Pinned on the map

Recipients see every shared item on the live project map with the same crosshair and controls, no FieldWorks account needed.

No apps required

Designed for desktop, tablet, and phone browsers.

FieldWorks is built for construction teams that move between phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops all day.

Mobile and desktop friendly

Log work from the field, review dashboards at the office, and keep the same familiar workflow on every screen.

Full functionality in the browser

Every tool runs in the web app, so teams can use FieldWorks without downloading separate desktop or mobile apps.

Consistent shared access

External team members open secure dashboard links from any modern browser with no installation required.

Your internal team and external partners can use modern browser links instead of installing and learning separate apps.
